Your Role at Batesville:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for being the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the programs and benefits and ensure they understand how to access and utilize the materials. This position will collaborate closely between customers and internal stakeholders ensuring that all requirements are met, and expectations are exceeded. This role also has responsibilities to include creating and maintaining detailed project timelines and checklists, and escalating any issues and requests received from sales reps and customers related to website performance and functionality.

- The expected pay for this role is $24.00 to $28.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate implantation and onboarding with customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the process.
- Coordinate with sales reps to populate Order Forms and attain customer and signatures.
- Collect required materials from customers for their ecommerce site, such as photos, logos, text content, and other assets necessary
- Leverage Shopify platform to stand up customer storefronts including location and shipping information, required product categories and commissions information
- Serve as the bridge between customers, and internal teams, to ensure the ecommerce storefronts meet specifications and exceed expectations
- Assist customers in understanding programming features and benefits such as the provided Marketing Toolkit of Digital Assets, QR code and printed postcards
- Provide any necessary training to customers on platform tools including their Commissions and Revenue Dashboard.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines and checklists and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed about project progress, milestones, and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to website design functionality and performance during and after the implementation process
- Document project details, customer preferences, and requirements using company project management tools to track progress and ensure clear communication
- Continuously evaluate implementation processes, providing feedback to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project delivery
- Other duties may be assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Information Technology, Business, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of two years related Information Technology, Business, Graphic Design, Marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice to Haves:
- Understanding of web design principles and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed project timelines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure all stakeholders are informed about project progress, milestones, and deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and support customers and vendors through the platform's tools and features
- Comfortable in conducting training sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to ensure customers understand and can effectively leverage the program’s benefits and features
- Strong troubleshooting skills to help escalate and resolve issues related to ecommerce platform functionality during and after the implementation process
- Ability to provide advice on best practices for images, text, and overall site presentation, ensuring high-quality and seamless user experiences
- Proficiency in using company project management tools to document project details, customer preferences, and requirements, ensuring clear communication and tracking progress
- Willingness to continuously evaluate implementation processes and provide feedback to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project delivery
- Understanding of ecommerce integrations, product catalog management, and familiarity with industry standards and best practices
