Your Role at Batesville:
As a Summer Intern – IT Vendor and Contract Analysis, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in vendor management and contract management within a dynamic IT environment. In this role, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented college intern to join our team for the summer.

- The expected pay for this role is $18.00 to $19.50 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the management of IT vendor relationships, including communication and coordination.
- Support the review, negotiation, and administration of IT contracts.
- Maintain and update vendor and contract information.
- Conduct research on potential vendors and market trends.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to support ongoing projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to vendor and contract management activities.
- Gain practical experience in IT vendor and contract management.
- Work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Opportunity to network with professionals in the IT industry.

What You’ll Bring:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience in vendor or contract management is a plus, but not required.
