We are currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team.
Your Role at Batesville:
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of small to large; and simple to complex technology projects using a structured methodology with minimal direction. This role is also responsible for managing project teams and resources within complex systems and integration environments to achieve on-time project completions. The IT Project Manager partners with internal stakeholders to understand internal and external customer needs. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and expertise to project teams by determining priorities, work assignments, project planning, and project outcome evaluations. This position ensures successful project execution and completion by managing project constraints in terms of risk, cost, time, scope, and quality in adherence with established organization and enterprise practices.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage project processes and execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Prepare project status reports and present status as needed by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Confer with internal and external project resources, key stakeholders, and management to identify and resolve project issues.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings related to project tasks, milestones, and status.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise portfolio and program management practices; ensuring key metrics (e.g., deliverables, outcomes, financials, duration, benefits) are tracked and reported; communicating best practices and feedback to teams; and continuously improving processes.
- Assist to track and evaluate operational, analytical, and behavioral metrics/trends resulting in recommendations of product enhancements or new processes which will increase revenue, reduce costs, extend capabilities and/or improve user experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. /B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is required; and a minimum of 5 - 7 years related project management or related experience.
- Intermediate level of Project/Portfolio Management software experience (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).
- Intermediate level knowledge of sales and marketing or ecommerce systems and functional experience (SFA, CRM, marketing, pricing, etc.).
- Strong communication (written and oral), organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate analytical acumen with the ability to translate data, to insights, to action.
- Intermediate presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
