Your Role at Batesville:
As a Product Information Manager for web applications is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of a wide range of IT B2B web application projects along with managing our web applications through the client journey and product life cycle. This role involves working with the business to understand the product and project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams and ensures clear and consistent communication between management, design teams, developers, and business stakeholders. The Product Information Manager for web applications will consult and provide input into the strategic direction of the products and provide hands-on execution with the ability motivate teams, foster strong collaboration, and ensure excellence in both project and product delivery.

What You’ll Do:
- Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
- Responsible for resource allocation, quality assurance, risk identification and mitigation, requirement gathering, progress monitoring, change management, and adherence to best practices and standards.
- Develop project schedules, set milestones, and monitor progress to keep projects on track and within deadlines. Break down project deliverables into tasks and assign tasks to team members based on their skills, expertise, and workload.
- Work closely with internal clients to understand their vision and business needs and help service delivery teams translate them into well-documented technical and design requirements.
- Serve as the key point of contact between management, design teams, developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring ongoing optimization and relevance in the market.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify market needs, customer pain points, and emerging trends, translating these into actionable product requirements.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the Business Technology segment engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies and to quickly plan, release, and iterate features.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance, customer satisfaction, and market success, driving adjustments, as necessary.

What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years specific experience within a product management function, with a focus on Web applications and platforms.
- Product and Project Expertise with a proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, product development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
- Advanced analytical acumen with the ability to translate data, to insights, to action.
- Experience working closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure efficient planning and effective execution of new features and functionality.
- Digital / two-sided marketplace and B2C experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and empathize with all levels and parts of the organization.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt within a fast paced and high-growth environment with new systems, software, and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously to drive new features/functionalities forward.
- A learning mindset, regardless of level or experience.
- Intermediate experience defining project objectives, scope, risks, timelines, metrics, issues, documentation, and project meetings for small to medium technical projects.
- Intermediate experience managing project resources to facilitate completion of projects within budget and timelines.
- Intermediate experience with Web and ecommerce implementation and expansions.
- Intermediate understanding and application of enterprise systems architectures.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Applications.
- Intermediate experience with portfolio management.
- Employee must be able to travel 10% of the time.
