This position requires onsite work 1-2 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 3-4 days.

Your Role at Batesville:

As a Digital Product Marketing Specialist, you will assist with the development of digital product marketing strategies and be responsible for execution of digital product marketing campaigns. You will support the Portfolio Product Manager in product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and strategy and work closely with Product Marketing Leaders and other Marketing teams to implement initiatives, manage marketing collateral, and support the Digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Product Manager throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision and strategy, build testing and deployment.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital product roadmaps.
  • Create and execute user acceptance testing for digital product deployments and launches.
  • Support Product Manager in internal and external change management and adoption of digital tools.
  • Generate PIF/Creative brief and target customer lists for brand level campaigns supporting digital tools.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to track effectiveness of marketing campaigns for items such as lead generation/conversion and click through/open and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyze trends to understand gaps and identify root cause and countermeasures to support full potential achievement.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Marketing, Engineering, analytics, or related discipline; and a minimum of 3 years related product marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in marketing and communications.
  • Strong project management skills, to include organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize appropriately, are required with the responsibility for planning and executing digital roadmap, marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Creative and innovative spirit is important and critical to success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts, gather insights, and ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to be able to efficiently contribute to future marketing segment strategy.
  • Effectively convey marketing messages.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify target segments, understand customer needs and preferences, and assess market trends and competition.
  • Experience with reviewing and drawing conclusions from research and sales analysis.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice To Haves:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of IBM Cognos.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to provide error-free outputs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present ideas to others as well as execute ideas from other team members or clients.
