We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in Manchester, TN.
Your Role at Batesville:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the cleaning of the facility and maintaining areas in a clean and habitable condition for employees, customers and visitors per established standards and procedures.

What You’ll Do:
- All trash receptacles are emptied daily, and trash is placed at proper location for disposal.
- Break areas, restrooms, common use areas, etc. are cleaned and/or dusted per established schedules.
- All office and window glass are cleaned and free of smudges, dust, and fingerprints.
- All water fountains and other stainless-steel surfaces are cleaned and polished daily.
- Entrance areas, walk off mats, and entrance carpeting are cleaned and/or vacuumed daily; baseboards are cleaned and dusted per established schedules.
- Cleaning closets are kept in a neat and orderly manner.
- Supplies are requested in a timely manner.
- Defective equipment or materials and building discrepancies are promptly reported to supervisor so corrective action can be taken.
- Clean and sanitize break areas, restrooms, common areas per established schedules.
- Safety practices and procedures are followed at all times.
- Opportunities are identified for reduction of cycle times and suggestions are evaluated.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to read, follow, understand, and use a variety of cleaning-based products and applications.
- Must be able to work quickly and quietly in a manufacturing and office environment.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of 2 months related housekeeping/general office cleaning experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in general office cleaning.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to crouch, or lift items as heavy as 25 lbs. This job may require the employee to see with clarity at both near and far distances.
