We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Batesville, IN.

Your Role at Batesville:

As a Fulfillment Coordinatoryou will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of administrative and other functional area order fulfillment, ensuring that all sales rep aids and customer literature, merchandising price signs and lists, and all other functional internal/external documents are printed/ordered/packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently and the overall company mail service is managed timely. This position works cross-functionally and collaborates primarily with administrative, sales, marketing, finance, legal and facilities teams but all others as needed.  In addition to core fulfillment responsibilities, this role supports the execution of marketing materials by performing basic production-level updates and maintaining standardized assets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Order Processing: Receive and process orders from the marketing team, sales team, customers, or other functional areas.
  • Printing/Ordering and Packing: Support the external ordering and internal printing of materials and ensure they are packed correctly for shipment.
  • Marketing Production Support: Partner with Brand & Communications team to support execution of marketing materials, including preparing files for print, coordinating revisions, and ensuring accuracy of branded assets.
  • Shipping Coordination: Arrange for the timely and accurate shipping of orders, working with logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory for all stocked materials, literature, and supplies as required.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all ordered or printed materials meet quality standards before packing and shipping.
  • Customer Service: Handle internal/external customer inquiries appropriately.
  • Basic Graphic Design Support: Assist with simple design updates and production tasks including editing existing templates, updating sales literature, modifying pricing sheets, and supporting minor creative requests using established brand guidelines.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of orders, inventory levels where appropriate, and shipping details.
  • Mail Service Management: Support the company’s mail services, including incoming and outgoing mail, special departmental mailings, and ensure timely distribution.
  • Template & Asset Management: Maintain and organize standardized templates, sales materials, and print-ready assets to ensure consistency, accessibility, and version control.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the end-to-end fulfillment process, including opportunities to streamline manual processes, reduce turnaround time, and enhance service levels.
  • Volume & Workflow Management: Effectively manage fluctuating order volumes and prioritize work to meet service expectations across fulfillment, print production, and mail operations.
  • Other duties as required.

 

 What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment, logistics, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) for editing existing materials
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and JDE
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

 

Nice To Haves:

  • Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation preferred.
