We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

Your Role at Batesville:

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives across Batesville’s brand, product, and communications teams. This individual will manage the intake, prioritization, and workflow of marketing projects, including print, digital, social, website, email, and content using Asana project management software.

This position will serve as the central liaison between Marketing Channel Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and the Marketing Services team, helping to coordinate resources, manage timelines, communicate status updates, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project & Workflow Management
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of all marketing projects from intake through completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
  • Set up, organize, and track projects in Asana; assign tasks to appropriate team members (designers, copywriters, digital specialists, etc.)
  • Monitor deadlines and dependencies, adjusting schedules as needed and proactively communicating risks or delays
  • Develop and maintain project templates, workflows, and standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Report on project progress, resource utilization, and on-time delivery metrics
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as liaison between Marketing Channel/Marketing Product Managers and the Marketing Services team to ensure clarity of project goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agency partners, printers, and digital vendors to ensure successful execution
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups
  • Marketing Operations & Production
  • Manage and track the full marketing production process including print and digital creative development, email automation workflows, web updates, organic and paid social media campaigns, photography coordination, and file management in the DAM system
  • Obtain vendor estimates and oversee print production timelines and proof approvals
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Batesville brand standards and compliance requirements
  • Process Improvement & Accountability
  • Help implement a robust marketing project management process with defined milestones and review checkpoints
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, recommending process enhancements, and championing accountability within the team
  • Maintain a prioritized project calendar and communicate changing priorities clearly across teams

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
  • PMP, Agile, or Marketing Operations certification is a plus
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative services environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing terminology and production processes across print, digital, and social media
  • Proficient in Asana (or similar project management software such as Wrike, Workfront, or Monday.com).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across creative, digital, product, and leadership teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience managing external vendors and agencies (print, digital, photography)
  • Familiarity with email automation systems, content management systems (CMS), and digital asset management (DAM) platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
  • Experience in establishing workflows, tracking metrics, and creating process documentation for marketing operations preferred
