This program also includes training and project management opportunities, preparing participants to take the lead throughout their careers.
Our Engineering and Management Development Program
Batesville’s Engineering and Management Development Program (EMDP) is a two-year program for talented candidates with leadership potential.
As part of this program, you will:
- Get training tailored to your interests and the company’s needs
- Take part in cross-functional rotations every four months to develop and strengthen key skills
- Have the opportunity to work closely with key Batesville leaders
- Drive and manage projects in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and other areas of the business
- Gain a strong knowledge of Batesville and the death care industry
